New rolex fitting...need help

I recently purchased a Rolex GMT IIc but here's the problem I'm running into. If I take out 3 links it's still a little loose but if I take out 4 it's slightly tight but it still fits. I was thinking it'd be perfect if I could take the 4 links out and scooch the pin in the clasp out to the outter hole. Is that possible for this watch???

Yeah it is possible and you can do it on your own it's not difficult

Just make sure that you don't lose the springbar

The other thing you could do is take three out and open your half link extension.

Dang, wish I had mine on. I'm not recalling the fine adjustment holes like on the Sub. Certainly none on the Millie I'm wearing.

Take your watch off. Have the bracelet opened all the way up. On the 12 o'clock side, there is a half extension underneath the clasp from where the bracelet comes out. Pull down on this area and the half extension will release. I don't have access to a picture but can provide one if needed later.

John

Man I must be retarded. I've been looking this thing all over but can't seem to figure out what you're talking about. At the same time I'm not pulling too hard on any piece for obvious reasons. (I don't know what the crap I'm doing.) Bare with me guys, first Rolex. Pictures would definately help. I'm taking it to AD when I get the chance after work but if I can do this on my own I'd rather just get it over with, thanks!!

Thanks to the guys on here, Neil,, I just figured out the watch had this feature.

Here is the link open.

YOU ll see a space at the end of the inside clasp.

Here is the 1/2 Link snapped into the end of the clasp

turn the watch over and match to the pic,, you ll figure it out. You have to fold the last link and it will snap nicely into that space.

Hope this helps

Don

it happens to me too. i took 2 links off. feel loose. then i took 3rd links off. and it is too tight. then i use the 1/2 link that located inside the clasp.

every i got it on and the fit right. but the bracelet is very uncomfortable.

just not feeling good at all.
