Lost or stolen from the offcial agent.
Has anyone has a wacth lost or stolenn from an official Rolex agent ? Several watches have bene stolen for the UAE offcial agent fi anyone knows the procedure. The agent is less than helpful.

If I am reading it right, the agent has had customers watches stolen from their premises.
If that is right then the OP should be fine, as the watch is in their care. Now whether they want to play ball is a different matter. Doesn't sound like they do unfortunately |

If you have a receipt for the watch then whilst under their 'care' they will be fully insuring it - unless there is a sub story? Is the AD still trading etc?
