I thought the D-Blue was the first to have 2-color dial

I was surfing and saw this Rolex 16233 for sale and the dial caught my eye because I was under the assumption that the D-Blue was the first Rolex to have a 2 color gradient dial....guess I was wrong...
This vintage is called a vignette dial

Rolex has made several vignette dials over the years of various colors as has been shown and mentioned. Also more recently there was an Air-King that had a blue and silver two-tone dial.

Mid 90's.
Originally a gold dial, changed to vignette at service.
