Cracked Bezel on Ladies OYster Perpetual

I have a ladies 18 k Oyster Perpetual President . I have a factory diamond bezel. My bezel has a small crack and now I am missing a diamond. Is this unusual? I take good care of my jewelry and was shocked to see this. Why would this happen and can it be repaired at a decent price. Thanks !

Rolex, precious metal, decent price. You get to pick two.

Unfortunately Rolex charges a premium for their precious metals, so I would expect a new bezel to be somewhat dear. Maybe post a picture of watch and damage? Good luck!

Yes it can be repaired and yes it's unusual (unless you banged it.
