service marks inside of case back

attached is a photo of the inside of the case back of my 1968 5513 submariner, there's numerous watch maker service marks and some looking like dates, is any way of deciphering these marks and is it a good thing to have so many? I'm thinking it shows that at the very least it been regularly serviced, Id be interested to learn more, all the very best "H"
