Icon20 Real or fake Rolex?

i just got this watch from my dad and he said it was 100% real rolex. but im not sure? can anyone of you help me letting me know?

I saw the pictures. I think that watch is worse than a kid's toy watch. the dial looks like it was made of cardboard or plywood. Definitely made me laughed when I saw it. very funny.
