I don't have the both. But the one with 3-6-9 lume and a longer minute hand gets my vote.

I went specifically for the WG version even though the newer model was out and I could source one at that time. I have a soft spot for the WG numerals and found it to be fancier and more dressed up..
I recommended the model to a good friend of mine as a first rolex, and he asked me which way he should go, and I said go with whatever you like best... he ended up getting the lume version. The lume 3/6/9 gives it a clean 'modern' look that I am also a fan of. Since you already have one, if I were you, I would not lose money to change to the lume version.
