ETA Tudor Black Bay question.

Hi guys,

Quick question for Tudor BB ETA version owners , it's been a while since I had an ETA powered watch , but the last one I had one of the reasons I got rid of it was because the rotor was super noisy compared to my Rolex watches, it was a chrono powered by an ETA 7750.

So is the ETA used on the Tudor BB considered noisy when compared to Rolex?

Thanks.

It's not bad actually. A little noisy but only if you are shaking the watch next to your ear. Smoother than other ETA's I have owned. I have a friend with an in house movement who says it has a little rotor noise too.

The 2824 is not very noisy. The thick diver case makes it less noticeable as well. It's a fine watch

I've never noticed any noise on my ETA Black Bay and never noticed any noise on either of my rolexes. Maybe I'm a bit deaf...

Neither my Black Bay nor my Rolex's make any noise at all. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Can't tell a bit of difference in noise between my Black Bay and Submariner.

No noise here except when the reversing gear is the rotor broke and then rotor rotated when winding ... now all fixed and back to quiet

Nope I don't hear it - the case is pretty much built like a tank!

Never paid any attention to the ETA movement in my Ranger. I don't guess it's too noisy.
