Tried searching the photos to see where they were stolen from. Didn't find anything. Will pointing out the ridiculous price and 0 feedback convince eBay to take it down?

I still don't understand how this "scam" works. The eBay ad says PayPal only, so when a replica arrives or nothing arrives, PayPal refunds your money. It even says returns accepted.
So how does the scammer make money if it will result in a refund anyway? |

Returns are always accepted. On eBay even if the seller marks "returns not accepted" you can send an item back if it is "not as described". Being a counterfeit would be a great example. Always better off using a major CC to purchase on eBay though as Paypal only insures your money up to $2,000 iirc.
The scammer makes money hoping that the 90 days pass where the buyer doesn't notice the item is a fake and then tries to return said item. |
