TT & YG SuQuestion...

Hi
Just wondered if anyone could answer a simple 'noob' question relating to the TT & YG Submariner.
I keep reading members refer to 'flat blue' when describing some versions of this watches dial.
I think I have only ever seen pics of this with the Sunburst dial.
Just wondered if someone could clarify if flat or sunburst are options or are you just either lucky or unlucky whichever way you look at it depending which one you get?
Thanks in advance.

The flat dial blue subs are 116613's from 2008-2013 and 116619's from release to current.
Basically, when Rolex brought out the ceramic 116613 they were flat blue, until 2013 when they changed it back to sunburst. The white gold sub (116613) has always been flat blue.

Yellow gold Sub also had the flat blue dial until replaced by sunburst, not sure exact year? 116618LB
