Service Birmingham, AL ?
Could someone please recommend a service vendor in Birmingham, AL?
I took it in to the Rolex store and they said they were going to mail it to Rolex - huh? I said I could do that, and not mark it up 30%. Said there guy was extremely backlogged - didnt really give me warm fuzzy feeling. Like them fine otherwise and are reputable. Would prefer someone local and qualified to do the work. Thanks in advance. |

To my knowledge, ADs don't mark up the RSC service cost.

Rik Dietel at Time Care Inc is a great independent Rolex repair option. He serviced my 1991 Explorer II and the results were amazing. For 20 years I thought gaining several minutes a week was 'accurate' for a Rolex. After a service by Rik my watch is pretty much reading the same time as my phone for weeks in a row:) Unlike the RSC you can call and talk to Rik about what's going on with your watch. I also think his prices are very fair for the work performed, which I don't think is always true with RSC. He is located near Tampa, FL.
