Selling watch via Deutsche Post
Hi
I'm interested in purchasing a Rolex from a seller located in Germany, I'm currently in Ireland. The seller has informed me that Deutsche Post provide a service whereby I can inspect the watch upon delivery prior to payment being received by the seller. I have absolutely no experience of this type of transaction and wonder if anyone here on the forum has used it before. Thanks. |

That kind of service does not exist.
Be careful, someone is trying to scam you. Why don‘t you offer to take a plane and check the watch in person. Pretty sure that you‘ll hear lots of excuses why that can‘t happen |

It must be DHL not Deutsche Post

Actually DHL is part of Deutsche Post, but that doesn't mean it isn't a scam.

I have used it several times. Not for watch purchases but for some beautiful ceramics that I had shipped from Europe. Service is 'top notch". No issues.
