the more i read this subform the more i think we should just list the authentic ebay watches and assume the rest are fake as it would be less work. The sheer number is absurd.

ebay is corrupt, nearly criminal operation for how they facilitate counterfeit crap being sold on their site. They do literally nothing to prevent it.

they literally could employ people to screen high value/high probability of fakes listings like watches. Some are obvious and should have never made it to a live listing in the first place. If they do have that system in place its not effective clearly. Their reputation for authentic goods is not good, most knowledgable buyers assume everything is fake until proven otherwise which is not most eBay buyers. Just saying.

To an outsider, this is how it appears. Given that you've reported hundreds of fake listings to them, maybe you can provide some insight as to what they do proactively to prevent fakes because it seems like it's nothing.
