Had these last night at a good friend’s home. Incredible. All were spectacular. The Gaja still had plenty left to age even more.

Look at the price tag on the bottle when it was new!

They are two great wines for sure!! Enjoy them and let me know what you think!

The 97s are unbelievable good right now. And the Hundred Acre has always been in my top 5.

Wife got me a 1 year of the Phelp's wine club. We were just there this past summer, really enjoyed their vineyard and tasting. We now have two wine club shipments, now I'm thinking I need more proper storage.

Previously I was thinking of joining Quintessa's club, anyone a fan of their wines?

Quintessa makes some phenomenal wines - we always have some in the cellar. You can’t go wrong! (Phelps as well)

Storage is the most important!!!

Cheers!

Phelps is great as is Quibtessa. There are honestly so many boutique wineries producing outstanding wines in Napa/Sonoma ... I really enjoy supporting the little family run non corporate venues and they churn out some awesome juice.

Bit of a milestone celebration tonight with my parents.

We chased this with a bottle of Jordan so not a bad night of drinking
