Keep the temp down there Paul. That’s not a good thing.

Do you figure it’s flu?

That’s pretty high. Got mine down to 100.6 with the meds. I was at the doctor today and got swabbed to confirm flu. Type A.

My fever got as high as 101.8 earlier.

When did yours start Paul? If within 72 hours my doc said Tamaflu will still be effective. I started it today.

Water water and more water....sleep and some aspirin/ibuprofen/acetaminophen (whatever your choice is) to keep the fever down......you'll be good as new once it passes. Rest and hydration is key buddy. Best in recovery.

Condolences - 'flu is horrible. 'Man Flu' is the worst variety and few women understand just how terrible it really is. I personally, have only survived it because my Wife is so sympathetic (little joke there).
Have Anna hold your hand - it really helps.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Liquids and new watch. Not sure if watch will help with fever, but it definitely won't make it worse.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone, last night was horrible, had uncontrollable shivering, actually had to get in the shower to warm up, then to keep warm in bed I had my pajamas, my bathrobe and TWO comforters. This morning when I woke up I was drenched in sweat. Fever is down a bit, 100.3. And I think I am coughing up nuclear waste. Do US doctors do Euthanasia?

If you can spell euthanasia you are not far enough gone to need it.

Stay hydrated Paul. You should be through the tough part and on the mend by tomorrow.

Exactly what he said.

The sweats are the best. It gets all the funk out.

Drink tons of water. Maybe even some pedialite. Hope you feel better soon.
