Well, you'd definitely have a watch not many other people have.

I like that very much.
Unique and individual for a non flipper. Choose a theme and go for it.

Will that still be accepted at RSC for movement service?
Assuming it started as a unit with all-original parts... nothing fake has been tacked on... |

JS Watch our of Iceland makes, in my opinion, the finest engraved watch. I got to see one when I was in Reykjavik last year. The company’s store and shop are located downtown Reykjavik and the owner and creator Gilbert is usually in. He’s a wonderful gentleman that LOVES to talk watches. He’s also a master craftsman.
https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/vi...kjavik-iceland My favorite is the Friesland God, is put it in my top 5 favorite watches of all time. I got to handle one in the shop and it is something else! Not cheap though!! Here is the link to have one if you like it, I believe they’re made to order https://www.jswatch.com/frisland-go-special-edition/

Super cool stuff! I'd love to see him in action.
What tools do they use to get into the Rolex steel like that?

Turns out the engraver is so busy & these take so long to complete, he is not accepting any new work.

The work itself is incredible. The overall design is too much for me. I wouldn't mind a few embellishments here and there, or a caseback.

I don't see Rolex as semi-religious objects of worship so any art that can be made from one is interesting to observe. That is a beautiful watch. :)

This would have to cost like 3k if the guy was willing to work for $20 an hour.... 120-150 hrs no way. I will buy another Rolex.
