Just chatting with my local AD and he says:

”Rolex has retired the ladies 26mm Datejust in favor of the new 28mm Datejust. I still have a handfull of the 26mm...brand new and 25% off...

So is this worth a look? Ignore sales tax as there is a way to avoid.

If they are new, you still have a brand new warranty starting today, for 5 years. That's a good deal.
I did just that last year, my AD had a few 26mm remaining. The lady is quite happy about it!

I'd push your luck and try to see if he will go any more. Anything beyond 25% seems like a good deal for any special lady in your life. If you're looking to flip from 25% off and make a quick buck I don't think its possible. Wholesale on women's steel DJ's is low and I don't see the market.
