The Truth Behind Lane Closures
I was driving back home, I ran into long lines of traffic. I shifted into Park as I waited for the traffic to begin moving. I reached back and found the old brass lamp I picked up at a garage sale. It had rolled off the back seat under the front seat. As I groped under the seat to pick it up, it slipped out of my grasp a couple of times. That was enough to rub the lamp and release a genie. The genie said, you get one wish. One! I yelled. I thought I get 3 wishes.
Haven't you seen the state of the economy? My Hedge funds have been flushed down the crapper, so you only get one and you're lucky to get even that! I settled down to make my one wish count. As I was deep in thought, I was further infuriated that the damn traffic was not moving. I said out loud, I wish I knew what the hell the problem is!!! And in that moment, the genie said, Your Wish is Granted!! This is what I saw next. .. |
