FSOT: Wempe - Laco WW2 German Military Navigation Wristwatch
Hello folks,
I'm new to this great forum where I hope to find soon my first Rolex. For this reason I'd like to sell or trade this particular beauty, an original and gorgeous piece of WW2 military history !!! Navigation wristwatch assembled in 1942 - 1943 for the German Luftwaffe (Air Force) by the famous German house of exquisite watches and jewelery WEMPE which is still on business producing and selling luxury items all around the world ... CASE: - 55mm and 20mm thick - watch number: H6134 - matching numbers engraved on movement, front and back cover ! - original case with Luftwaffe contract: FL23883 MOVEMENT: - Laco Durowe Cal.D5 HANDS / DIAL / GLASS: - original blued steel hands, 100% original (second hand shows a little scratch ) - original dial (second pattern) with a very nice patina - original plexi service glass STRAP: - extra long leather strap ( to fasten it around navigator's flight jacket cuff ) - unable to tell authenticity of strap ( possibly not ) Further info and photos just ask ... With regard to possible trades, I like "clean dial", as you can deduce from my nickname, I'd really like to take into consideration trade with Submariner NO DATE like for example 14060 (tritium). Full set watches are always preferred ! |
