If you are going for business and pleasure, I’d say bring the DJ - it dresses up and down very well

I would not hesitate to wear a high end watch to any of those cities

I agree here. Datejust also cause i love having the date and great watch for dressing up or down. If this was more of an adventure trip with friends id go explorer

I would buy a GMT ASAP ! But amongst those, explorer for me . If the bulk of your time is work, then datejust works - jubilee/fluted just a bit flashier IMO
