Valid point! Depends on one's wrist size, mine's 7". It measures at 44, but wears 42 due to the height/lugs/bezel and depth of dial.
Wears great on rubber as well (cell camera makes it look a little bigger than it actually is). |

Looks great on the rubber. I’d probably go for something smaller but as long as it works for you! |

It would be my SD43. If I really needed the cash I would go back to the 114060, ND Submariner-C.

Always go back and forth between 116610LN and rhodium Yacht-Master. Would be a tough decision that I luckily don't have to make.

I can narrow it down to four. I’ll need to do some hard thinking to get it down further.

I'd take my current only watch - the DateJust 116234 with silver baton dial.
If I could have any one watch for life though, it would be a Rolex Day-Date 118238 with champagne baton dial. Kind of the upgrade to my DateJust that one day I plan to achieve. |

My thinking as well. Add in a few select leather straps and we've really got some options.

Well until recently I would ve said my Navitimer. Have dreamed of having a Navi since I was a Kid, wear it every day and it’s the only watch I never really tire of, even nearly 6 years into owning it, but, then last Christmas we found the long lost watch of my grandfather that my grandmother had given to me after he passed. It had disappeared in a relocation 10 years ago and I had come to believe it had been stolen, as some other valuables had evaporated along with it. Then, upon cleaning up the attic over the Christmas break, there it was. It’s a simple quartz Tudor that can’t even be serviced anymore, but it still works for the time being and I would even let go of my Navi before I parted with this one again.

A verý intriguing question OP. In my limited collection it would have to be this one as a one and only.
I'd need a date to function, glidelock and a splash of colour for interest. I'm very glad I woke up from your bad dream Sent from my SM-G935W8 using Tapatalk |
