good sturdy bracelet for SM 300

I bought a SM 300 from Lewis Watch Co in Perth. It is the 42mm from the 60s with all new parts and a donor movement. I bought the Speedmaster 1998/849 bracelet but it is almost too stiff and heavy and says Speedmaster on the buckle. Any other good thoughts for a bracelet. I am looking for more traditional, less shine.
