Vintage Omega, anyone know what it is? (Pic FINALLY posted)

Hey there,

I have an Omega from the 1950s, but I have no idea what it is. It has been serviced and works perfectly, except the band needs replaced.

I would like to know what the watch is and try getting a band that is like the original.

Thanks,

Jeff
