What should come with a new submariner date bought in USA

Sorry if it's been asked a billion times, I couldn't immediately see an up to date answer.

Just about to pick up a new submariner from an AD and wondered exactly what I should be checking for and making sure I receive?

I guess basically I need to check the serial number on the watch matches the serial on the warranty card?

Then inner/outer box, warranty card, service card? green tag?

thanks in advance

If you’re buying from a reputable AD, please relax. Lol you don’t need to double check serial numbers, this isn’t the black market.

The watch, inner/outer box, green box, warranty card and booklet, authenticity tags and maybe the bezel protector.

Give the watch a thorough inspection before you leave to make sure there are no defects.

I just went in and bought mine and left...didn’t even check if serial numbers matched. If it’s a local AD younhave a relationship with you have NOTHING to worry about

An AD would never sell you a watch with the wrong warranty card. Even grey dealers usually keep them together with the watch. You have nothing to inspect of worry about. If the stickers are on you’re good to go. The bezel protector might be thrown away so if you want one ask for it but it’s pretty useless imho..

Some might like the coffin that it was shipped in as well. For me the most important thing is the watch!!!

White outer sleeve, tan/beige box, inner green box, green hang tag and a white hang tag also. Instruction booklet. Warranty card. I always insist on the bezel protector too.

If the AD also adjusts the bracelet for you, inspect the screw heads before leaving to make sure they haven’t made a hash of them!! Most times the salesperson adjusts it and they’re not the most caring towards your watch once money has changed hands

If you are living in the UK and buying in the USA, you may as well take ten seconds to check the serial on the watch matches with the card, before you leave the country. No one is perfect. Not even Rolex ADs.

If you’d have picked it up from an AD in the U.K. it would have been sans warranty card. Lol.

I like having the coffin since it's useful to store in a safe.
