I was never a big fan of the daytona models, but i do agree that a subc and a GMT IIc would be too much of a duplicate.

2 near identical black dials, 2 ceramic inserts, 2 near identical bezels, 2 oyster bracelets, 2 near identical steel cases, 2 crystals with cyclops, both with date function. That can really bother some of us.

If you can get past the idea of having >1 rolex in the box, may be the daytona is a good idea.
