I was going to get a deployant clasp for my PAM 233, but I read somewhere those use thinner straps than the standard tang buckle straps, is that right? I don't want to buy more straps (and I like the look, feel & thickness of the straps I have), so I dropped the idea. This thread reminds me that I should have sought confirmation...
