Double congrats! Found this post really helpful as I was considering both exactly for the reasons you listed. I also have a ~6.5” wrist so even more helpful. The 216570 doesn’t look as bad as I thought on a smaller wrist but 5 digit seem to “fit” better.

16570 will be the safest choice, mainly due to fit and comfort.

I'd be curious to know what you think of easylink clasp on on of your other 5 digit references, i.e., with one permanent link already removed on 6:00 side.

Aside from that, my opinion is the 5 digit polar seems usable in more situations due to smaller size.

Big congrats! In the process of adding a 16570 to the bunch.. Miss the one I used to have years and years ago and your post has just reinforced my decision, thank you!

Sorry but I don't really understand your question. Easylink only available on newer 6-digit reference. For my 6.5in with older 5-digit bracelet, I need to remove one of the four permanent links at 6 o'clock or reverse the clasp. With this modification, I would said it's more comfortable than 6-digit bracelet/watch due to generally lighter weight of 5-digit watch plus bracelet.

Additional pic for reference. Lume shot. Superluminova (green) VS Chromalight (blue). I’m a fan of both.

Agree with most of the points highlighted by the OP. My pair is black and white though.
