Hello,

My wife and I are planning a trip to the carribean, undecided as to where. So I was wondering if there is a thread for the list of ADs in the carribean/Central America etc...if not can we start one? The Rolex dot com site is not very good at providing ADs..so here goes...thanks to all that posthttp://www.rolexforums.com/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif

well the only one i know is in Barbados- might be of no use to you but it is in the carribean -the Royal Shop on Broad Street in Bridgetown

AH Riise St. Thomas - AWESOME. Will bargain when there is no cruise ship in port.

Not sure, but you will have better luck negotiating when the cruise ships are not in port.

As a resident of the Dominican Republic, I can say that there are no AD's on the island. Most wealthy Dominicans travel easily to Miami for their luxury purchases.

I'd like to put in a positive word for Gandelman's. I went to two of the locations and all of the employees were very friendly. They let me try on several of their Rolexes.

I recently bought a sub at AH Riise in St. Thomas. Great folks. Quite a nice selection and friendly to deal with ,although there were cruise ships in port and no deals were being made. Paid 4900.00 US for my sub no date. No tax

Is there such a thing as a shop that doesn't let you try on whatever you want? I would laugh and walk out of any store that was so stupid as to snub the guy who pays the bills.

I have been to John Bull on the main drag in Nassua Bahamas. Seemed like a nice store. I am going to St. Thomas / John for new years so I am going to check out Ah Riise.

That's where I got my SS Daytona. Their main store on Bay Street. Bought a couple of others from them over the last several years. Great people to deal with.

*Puerto Rico has a few in San Juan.
*St Marteen
*Aruba
*Cozumel
((( Cayman Islands is the biggest one that I ever seen ))) and they have a lot of variety.... ***Kirk Jewellers

All this places have better prices than USA, Puerto Rico prices are the same of USA.
