Vintage Speedmaster on eBay
I was cruising eBay & came across a vintage speedmaster chronograph with a current bid price at $37,000 USD. What is it about this reference that is pushing the price so high that I’m missing or are people on eBay throwing their money away?

I think a minty one just sold for over $400k and several have sold for over $100k.

It is not a first generation reference CL2915 as that would have a steel bezel.
