New WIS lunch...HOUSTON....anyone?

Well my virtual family; first; this is NOT for the official GTG which is scheduled for late July, early Aug (there is another thread for that)...this is for a new WIS...let me explain:

My son's birthday is tomorrow, and he has selected a present

...but also loves baseball. In memoriam of my father in law, he wants to catch a ball game so we are giving him as a present also a trip to Houston to see the Astros; and, personally, to have lunch (casual) with local WIS'

My son has seen my crazy adventures during the gatherings and is slowly becoming a WIS himself; so if any of our local Houstonians is in the Galleria area on the weekend of JUNE 22 (depending how many, we could do Friday or Saturday Lunch); I would love to bring my son to his first mini-gtg.

I know this can be troublesome time-wise; I fully understand if you girls/guys are busy.

...planning for our Houston GTG is still progressing, I will update details as I have them.

Yes. We will have a Houston GTG in late July/early August (fine tuning with venues); there is another thread on this.

Gerardo, do you have a restaurant in mind for lunch? I may be able to attend depending on location/if my schedule allows.

I take it the actual GTG will be Saturday evening? I want to prep my wife from now if possible as we have some friends coming over that afternoon for lunch.

Hello! These are two different events; let me explain:

Our official Houston GTG is scheduled for late July/early Aug (working on details with venues), thread here: https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=595399

I am visiting -as part of a birthday present- with my son in two weeks, he is starting to get into watches so whoever is available, quick lunch on that Friday is what we are proposing; this is why I used New WIS lunch in title; anyone that is available and wants to talk watches during lunch; more than welcome!

I will update the official Houston GTG thread as I get confirmation from companies.
