AP inhouse ROC? ROC V.S ROO size difference?

Just wondering is it possible AP release inhouse ROC in near future.
I like the current 26331 panda, but prefer a openwork back.
Should I pull the trigger or wait?

And sizewise, how is ROC comparing to ROO?
I tried ROO in person it was huge.Too thick for me.
Curious about ROC.

For references, I have a skinny wrist, around 15-15.5cm only.

Thank you all

For the last 3 years AP says the inhouse is ready...

For me due to case proportions, 41mm ROC wears bigger than 42mm ROO, and with 15cm wrist hard to be able to pull off 41mm ROC... go for the old 39mm ROC....

Between the 42 ROO and 41 ROC, the diameter might wear similarly, but the ROC is much thinner. It's actually one of the thinner automatic chronograph watches out there.

If you want to wait for the new in-house chronograph movement, you'll be waiting indefinitely and likely pay a lot more. I've not read or heard much negative about the F. Piguet movement itself, and it's proven to be reasonably over time. Given AP's recent history with the reliability of its in-house movements, I wouldn't be surprised if the new in-house chrono movement has some issues in its first few years.

39mm ROC Hands Down. I wondered the same thing about the in house movements being released — but figure when/if they finally do - it will come with a pretty significant price hike...

My wrist is 7" (around 18 cm) and I am a big guy. That is why I have no issues pulling the 41 mm ROC off.

I like my watches snug and the roc feels just right on my wrist. I think it would look big on you but no harm to pay a visit to an AP boutique and try it. As compared to the roo 42, it looks much smaller to my eyes and way thinner.

the watch looks perfect on you.
unfortunately the previous 26300 has limited supply, wish AP could announce a 39 ROC in near future.

Me too! I would take another one in a heartbeat.

39mm is the PERFECT size, in my opinion. This and the 15202 (and the Diver for the ROO) are my most favorite APs

Take your time and wait for a mint 39mm to pop up. Chrono24 has a few on there from time to time.
