Discount on Omega PO
On Saturday I was in London for the Marathon weekend. I had just sold my PO 45.5 with the Orange bezel.
I had made a list for all the dealers who were stocking my new target, a 43.5 Seamaster GMT 600 with the black and white bezel. Large retailer on Regent St straightaway offered me £680 off which is what I asked for. With steel strap. I accepted. I was not trying to play one of against the other or getting in a bidding war. I was more than happy with the discount. Would others had accepted? |

Sure, I would have made a similar decision to buy. There is good Karma in rewarding a good-faith offer by accepting it.
Congratulations! I'll say it before subsequent respondents do: photos, please! |

Omega seem to be open to discounts.
Goldsmiths quite often have big discounts on Omega's I've bought a PO last year at about £1k under list. |

I'm going to London in about a month and wouldn't mind getting a 39.5mm PO in black. If the discount is good enough I may pickup. I haven't seen this watch show up here with trusted sellers too often.

I was checking out the 39.5mm POs recently, great watch. It's actually thinner than the first 2500 models, as per Topper's review over on WUS. Good luck on your hunt.

Has anyone had any luck with the PO in London? Looking at heathrow online it's 3800£ vs 4560£ list - anyone managed to get close to that figure without a trip to the airport..?

Iconic seem to be best price around - Possibly give my local WOS a chance to match as dealt with them in past before going down that route How were iconic to deal with ? |

i've bought four watches through Iconic over the years, all with European AD warranty and all seamless transactions. I do think there is merit in seeing if a local AD can match them and sometimes they can, others they get nowhere near

I’ll see if wos can get close as appreciate they can size & are local if any issues plus always good to buy from your local AD. I guess if we all buy online to safe a few ££ - then soon no ADs |

Yes I agree supporting local AD's is preferable. Unfortunately my local Rolex and Omega AD since moving from a small store to a glitzy large new one several years ago, has lost all it's knowledgeable staff and has an AD experience that I'd rather not bother with. So different from the local Tudor AD who gives personal service and gets my custom, even if with discount they are a little above the Grey's. By the way Iconic will size a bracelet for you if you specify your wrist size.
