Just finished grilling scallops. I seasoned them with olive oil, garlic salt, pepper and a little season salt. I let them marinate for about an hour before putting them on the grill. I just want to add that I oiled the grates only minutes before adding the scallops. After about 2-3 minutes I went to go turn them.

A place called Kabooki Sushi in Orlando. My favorite sushi spot anywhere.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting and willing to leave tourist side of town to come downtown.

Ask for the nigiri tasting to be served Omakase style, and sit at the bar (make reservations).
