5146 315 vs 324 caliber

Gents I’m thinking of buying another patek.

There’s a really decent priced 5146g in slate grey at about 26k usd but this is a 2009 with scuffs and is a caliber 315.

Is there a real difference between the movement.

The scuffs would bother me more than the 315 movement which has a good reputation. Slower beat than the 324 but generally considered a reliable proven movement.
