This is is said to be unworn but even to my untrained eye it seems to have bevelled edges to the lugs that the other one doesn't.

I think that with NOS you really need the case stickers to be on the watch.

Well the first one is listed specifically as "Brand New Old Stock", it should have never been sold prior to this sale, and should be entirely as first opened by the dealer.

"Unworn" really just means "mint condition" I don't hold an "unworn" listing to quite the same standard, although the watch itself should be in essentially the same condition.
