It’s a tough decision between blue and black, because - as others have noted - either way you feel you’re losing something. The black isn’t quite as “special” as the blue, but the date windows fit. The blue is pretty enthralling, but the white spaces break it up and drove me nuts.

Wow, you got a HELL of a deal! Lowest PREOWNED I've seen for a black dial was 58k and blue 61...


And I LOVE my 5905p...HELL of a watch, and not much pricier than a lot of the sport models with the damn markups. You can easily dress it up or down, and if you put a cool strap on it, you'll change the watch. I've got a cordura with platinum stitch being made for mine currently...

I love the blue dial on this model, but as has been mentioned, the white date windows break with the colour consistency, which gives the edge to the black dial version for me. Both beautiful pieces though!
