Yachtmaster II 116689 White Gold

I’m in the market for and, looking at this watch. I have obtained all the information other than the issue of hands. It appears that the watch was issued with straight white gold (greyish) hands in its first iteration, then at some point switched to blued hands. When was that? Year? When it switched to blued hands it appears the dial remained unchanged, right? Then the third iteration is the latest with mercedes hands and the triangle on the dial at 12 o’clock. I am looking at one which has papers and card for 2013, yet it has the greyish hands (first iteration), when did they change to blued? Did anything else change with the blued hands and should I look for a blued hand over grey for any reason? Any model lineage help would be greatly appreciated.
