Looking to update datejust

Hi- For Years I’ve had a stainless datejust with diamond bezel and diamond numerals/ silver bezel. I just got a stainless Daytona with a white dial and thought I might change my datejust. I’m considering a different dial and was also considering a two tone bracelet. My questions are, if I want diamonds on the dial, do I buy another dial with diamonds or does a dial fit around my existing ones?

Also, can this part of the watch be replaced or covered to make it gold if I change the bracelet? but looking at the first “link” below the bezel that is gold on two tone watches but stainless on mine.

what year is the DJ?

likely bezel, dial, winding crown, and bracelet would need to be changed.
