Hey all my mother has had a day date for probably 20 years and its never been serviced. The date is turning over at around the 3am time so I’m thinking it definitely needs to get looked at. Any recommendations on where to take it? Thanks

If she doesn’t know a good independent watchmaker in Lincoln the best bet is probably just to send it to Rolex. She can either bring it to a local Rolex AD who can send it in for her (often they will charge shipping) or she can call the Dallas RSC and they will send her a shipping kit and instructions and she can skip the middle man.
