Same as Black Bay case?

Does the Black Bay share the same case as this Tudor chronograph ? They look identical in shape to me. This is the 79160, aka the Big Block.

No, the 2 are entirely different cases, also being about 20 years apart.

Lug width is different for a start. 20mm vs 22mm.
