So I’ve previously only dealt with rolex’s 3135(sd4k) and 3235(DJ41).

I just purchased my first GMT(3285). I have to say(for me personally) the gmt is a lot more fun to use and figure out the time in different timezones than my other rolexes. Obviously, yes I know I could just use my iphone. But to me its pretty nifty to be able to use my mechanical watch to do this. I’ll be traveling to several places over the next few months and the ability to change the hour hand is also nice.

I did not understand the allure of the gmt until now.

The watch also looks awesome in person!

I also wish it was nicknamed the “german shepherd” rather than “root beer.”
