Had an opportunity to purchase the TT GMT rootbeer from an AD. Wanted to take a day to sleep on it.

It sold 12 hours later.

Did not realize the TT was also in such demand as the SS - or at least appears to be.

Sorry you missed out... I don't know what the MSRP is on

Perhaps it's a good thing you waited. If the watch didn't have you leaving the store wanting to turn around and buy it because you liked it so much, it might not have lasted in your collection.

$14,050. They do seem to be going for a bit over MSRP on gray.
Why did you want to sleep on it? I feel like if you were in love with it you would have purchased right there.

I wasn’t sold on it right away. It is a very nice watch but it didn’t seem to be a good fit for a daily piece. I think it probably works better in RG.

It would have helped me build more credibility with the AD (though I’ve purchased 5 pieces from them already)

Yeah, I think I like it better in RG than SS/RG too.
