Hmm, what's missing?

Turned this one into a manual wind

I had to do a dial swap, which is easier without rotor

Haven't done a full service on these yet but I must say I love the way it looks and performs so far

Can I ask. When Rolex carries out a dial swap do they insist on a service?

Thank you for sharing those details Bas, always interesting. Can you share the reason for the gold screw on the balance bridge with the 7 marks on the balance bridge ? Is it for some sort of alignment to the base plate as screws seems more towards one side ?

Correct, it's not fun when you press down the axle at at GMT for example and have to strip down the complete movement.

I always pull off the rotor too, better be safe than sorry.

For a mass-produced movement, the 32xx are beautifully finished. Thanks for showing it without the rotor.

If one wanted an exhibition caseback then I’d say it would look better sans rotor.

I have been reading trying to find an answer for this since Rolex released the first pictures of this movement.

Is it a height adjustment for the bridge?
Some adjustment for the balance staff(end shake)?

If the experts would chime in, i would appreciate it.

It is for adjusting the end shake of the balance wheel

Yep you need to support the seconds gear jewel when applying the seconds hand, otherwise you'll risk moving the jewel and messing up the end shake, that indeed means starting over. (I've been there)
