If that’s the case I’d be pretty pleased I think as you now have some flexibility on what to use or can keep the original mint should you ever wish to sell the watch on.
Sorry wasnt clear i need to send the wrong one back

Obviously I would be pleased if i got to keep both bracelets

I can’t imagine there being an upside to an AD doing this. I’m sure it is a mistake if they are a reputable store.

So do we have an update???

Wouldn’t this be best resolved if the AD just overnight a new bracelet to you and you keep the one it came with? This way you’re “somewhat “ appeased, you have some consideration for the headache (2 bracelets) and the AD has shown some remorse?

All things considered, I think, other than a full refund, that this works for me. Just saying...

The AD sent me the correct bracelet - i just have to get the old one off and send it back.

No appeasement whatsoever

Thanks for update. It was really a pretty interesting thread. You were simply trying to get information on how to contact Tudor, and it exploded into a 10 page saga!

I’m sorry you had to go through this, but thanks for sharing. AD should let you keep old bracelet just out of goodwill...

Yes it did get out of hand a bit haha

Yes I'm a bit dissapointed that the AD did the bare minimum. Wouldve been nice to get something extra if even some knock knacks from tudor or something. Getting to keep the one bracelet with have been great

Totally agree Omega...I think you’ve been completely reasonable throughout this whole ordeal.

I could almost feel your excitement at finding that piece in Spain! .... and I could also feel the nausea you had when you found out about the bracelet... took the wind out of your sail.

Thanks again for being a good egg. I know I was intrigued by this thread. I know I will always have this in the back of my mind whenever I’m looking at a new watch!

I am glad that it is solved, if you already have your new bracelet, now you should send yours.

Hi op.

Are you having to pay for the return shipping of the incorrect bracelet?

I would demand insured shipping cost from them as well.
