Rolex Dials - Standard vs Mark I vs Mark II

So I'm trying to figure out what the difference is between the three dials, issued on what I believe is only the Explorer.

Standard dial with arabic hour markers, Mark I and Mark II

For the 214270, the mark 1 is full white gold numerals, mark 2 is lumed numerals.
