I'm aware of the Paring, the Hilt as well just need to acquire some. They're not really widely available in San Diego and at that price point I have a hard time justifying shipping them in. Whenever I'm in Orange County or Temecula I can pick up a few bottles at Total Wine. I may pick up a couple at the winery Monday, at least whatever they let me buy.
