Had some of this tonight, slightly out of my comfort zone and still trying to decide if I like it or not. Plenty of dominating toasted barrel, roasted pecans, espresso with caramel notes and revolving hints of forest floor all holding the fruit in suspended animation. The tannins on this are in there for sure but they're hidden away working in the background. Finishes almost too smooth which has me second guessing it at times.
