I’m curious to know, what’s the longest anyone has actually waited for a watch they went on a list for and then got the call to say it’s in?

I spent 10 years asking about a Daytona whenever I went in an AD, but back then never asked to go on a list. Since I did, Fortunately for me I’ve never waited longer than 6 months but I’ve known a friend wait 2 years and then got the call.

4 months for an SD43, from an AD who I had never bought from before. Central London no less.
