Has anyone seen this before? Looks to be European, you wager 6-9 Euros for a "1 in 1000 chance" to win a Rolex....

Strange that the 2 most currently sought after Rolex watches DSSD and the Milgauss GV have had the least ticket purchases??????
I guess it isn't a bad punt, the odds are better than most lotteries if it is kosher. |
