Can anyone help with the kind of Rolex this is? My mom died and left it to us.

All I know is if real it’s an old cocktail watch and if so those diamonds are probably real. Get them tested.

Take it to a jeweler. The value will be in the stones, not the watch.

Ladies cocktail watches of the time were usually built by small boutique jewelers. They would take an off the shelf Rolex movement, dial and hands and build the case and bracelet around it. Unfortunately, the demand for such cocktail watches is minimal and as said above, all of its value is in the stones and precious metal.
